Payment with a credit card is required in order to hold your space.
You will receive a supply list (if required) in the mail.

Remember we have 2 classrooms and if classes are not scheduled, they are
free if you want to sew, or baste, or quilt, or have some friends come and sew.

We offer a full schedule of classes, both for quilting and doll making.

We have samples of all the class projects hanging in the store.

Cloth Doll Club

Our Cloth Doll Club meets on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 6:45 pm at the Calico Cat in Auburn, Washington.

We usually make something, have show and tell, work on projects, etc. And we always have a door prize! Please come, we'd love to have you!

There are always dolls on exhibit by the doll club in the doll section of the store.

This is a lovely new stump doll I will be teaching. She stands approximately 20" tall and is built on an oval base. Her face is a cloth over technique where I teach students how to sculpt a face from polymer clay, create a mold and then press a paper clay mask to cover in fabric. An exciting process full of advanced techniques and of course including all the cloth doll basics. A wonderful bit of whimsy!!

elinor is going to b teaching doll makers choice, plus you can bring heads for face painting, you can work on body language - this class is one you can tailor for yourself.

This is a real opportunity to learn some fantastic doll making techniques from a fabulous doll maker!

Class Registration & Policy

You may register over the telephone, in the store, by email, or in writing. We need your check, or credit card (with expiration date) at the time of registration.
Our teachers really work hard at not only preparing for classes, but also in keeping up with what is new and planning new classes. In order to commit to them, we have the following policies:
If the class is under $20.00 we require your full payment at the time we write down your name - if the class is over $20.00, we ask for one-half of the fee. You must cancel five days in advance - this means a Monday for a Saturday class - to receive your refund or credit.
Please be on time for class, with your sewing machine which you know how to operate. We do not allow children or other visitors in class.
